Maper Ltd ownership base is changing

Maper Ltd ownership base changed on September 30, 2022. Mettere Oy has bought 80% of Maper Ltd business. Timo Kyyrönen will still be the owner of the company with a 20% share. Maper Ltd new business ID is FI33129265.

Mettere Ltd is the parent company of the group structure, which is headquartered in Akaa. Through the acquisition, the group includes Air Group Ltd and Junox Ltd and Maper Ltd.

Maper Ltd manufactures disassembled and acid-resistant ball valves as well as fine mechanical adjustment and operating devices. Maper Ltd’s key operating principles are based on technical know-how and a customer-oriented way of thinking.

Air Group offers its customers a comprehensive selection of ventilation system parts and terminal equipment and is also known for solutions tailored to their customers’ needs. About a fifth of the production consists of sheet metal products manufactured by the company for customers in the electrical and construction industries. The company also provides a polyurethane sealing service for its own and customers’ products.

Junox Ltd specializes in the production of high-quality sheet metal products made as press work, both as subcontractors and as own products.

Air Group Ltdwas founded in 1999. The company’s turnover is €4.0 million, located in Tampere and Akaa.

Junox Ltd was founded in 1991. The company’s turnover is €2.0 million, located in Ylöjärvi.

Maper Ltd was founded in 1989, turnover €2.6 million, location Tampere.

With the acquisition, thegroup’s turnover is €8.6million in total.

The purpose of the companies is to continue operating in accordance with the same values and quality expectations, and to further develop and grow operations in accordance with the changing conditions and customer needs of the future.
